A few weeks ago if someone had said to me that my two year old son, who couldn’t settle and who would get himself into such a state for 2 hours at bedtime, would be self settling I wouldn’t have believed them.

Especially if they said it would happening without using the “cry it out” method, or without having to sit at the top of the stairs until he fell asleep.

But here we are – following Rebecca’s advice to the letter, within 4 days my little boy was rolling over and going to sleep. Even the first night only took 25 minutes, followed by 4 minutes the next night, followed by less than a minute the next night!

For a year I have considered myself a failure for not being able to get my son to sleep, but Rebecca made me realise that my anxiety was half the problem, and helped me get my head in the right place. She was calm and reassuring and guaranteed me that we could do it….

I now have a 2 year old boy who goes to sleep (or is happy to lie in the cot until he goes to sleep) and sleeps really well. He is much happier and more chilled out as am I!

I can hardly believe it but am SO HAPPY!
